Starbucks at Raffles City is located at the corner of the shopping mall. The merchandises are displayed at the corner or at the start of the queue. The staff is helpful and friendly. The seating area is quite big, spacious and open. Mostly, the place is quite crowded. The coffee quality is quite consistent across the Starbucks in Singapore.

A regular haunt and personal fave Starbucks spot – conveniently situated for easy access, making it an ideal rendezvous joint. Starbucks' beverages, par for the course, no qualms here.

Came here for coffee/tea with a dance friend after lunch at Muji Cafe. Had Camomile Tea and Brewed Coffee as well as a Chocolate Muffin. All were great. Had a nice time at this cafe today.

A very popular Starbucks outlet.
It is always crowded, hence a bit challenging to be get a seat.
Since the food and drink menu are the same as other outlets, the differences will be down to the service rendered by the staff and the cleanliness of the outlet.
Store was kept neat and tidy. The merchandise was well arranged.
The staff was polite and courteous too.

Great experience at this outlet.

They shifted from their iconic location at the first floor to this current unit. Nice and bright but somehow lacks the atmosphere of before.

The service staff was prompt and courteous. Got a blueberry crumble muffin to takeaway. Genenrous sized, moist and fluffy muffin. A little sweet but good to pair with strong tea or coffee.
