Accidentally found this porridge restaurant . The price is reasonable given that big portion per serving and GST included. I ordered pork meat balls + century egg. It is perfect when eating with YouTiao. The meatballs were handmade and taste good (maybe can be less salty for my liking haha) Generally worth the price.
Ordered the Centruy Egg and Pork Slice Porridge along with a You Tiao.
The bowl of porridge was chock full of ingredients and extremely flavourful. I was definitely taken aback as i have never eaten such delicious porridge before. There were lots of pork slices, century egg, scallions and fried shallots. All coming together to provide a flavour bomb with every mouthful.
Their You Tiao or Fried Dough Sticks is a must order and accompany it with their porridge. It was fried to golden brown perfection, crispy on the outside and fluffy in the inside.

Been eating Sin Heng Kee since young at their Hougang branch, and the standard still remains the same here 😋 My favourite porridge and they have the best You Tiao 😍 Porridge is cooked to perfection and filled with lots of ingredients 💯 Their specialty century egg is also delicious, making it a perfect side to pair with the porridge 🤤 Don't forget to buy the You Tiao, I would say that 1 is never enough 😋 Seats are rather limited, so do avoid peak timings as many consumers buys takeaway as well 👍🏻 Would definitely come back again for more ☺️
A must-try for porridge lovers! Air-conditioned and relatively clean place. Dine-ins and takeaways are just as popular. The queue almost never ends. In terms of comfort, this Yishun branch is nicer and more comfortable than the Hougang branch.
