Bro this is the worst outlet I've ever gone to.so i ordered vanilla ice cream it's peak time I can know why its kinda slow but the stuff just call my number,its crowded at the drink so I went as front as I could raised my hands and say that it's me,and she walked to the counter that need pay money,I thought she gonna give me as the other place is too crowded but guss what she just threw away in the bin?!! Hello???? I'm literally waving my hands and almost shoutingAnother time I went to order it's peak hour too.i pay by cash and I waited for like 20 mins for staff to approach the counter!!I can say its the worst oneAnother I go is NOT peak period but j ordered 1 ice cream, waited for quite long like abt 5 min?I went to wash my hand and when I come back I ask when my ice cream ready she say the stuff shout my name but I want there?? It's only like 20 sec max brah the toilet so close and then she just gave me that weired look.so she just say"aiyo just now call ur name u didn't come" like in a rude manner like I did something wrong lidditBasically food Is OK but the service really sucks
This outlet is the less crowded of the 2 at Woodlands Central near the MRT station and bus interchange. I would go to Mcdonald more for the cooling ambience in humid Singapore than the food which I hope Mcdonald would make it healthier going forward for a sustainable world 🌎 !!! As a word of advice, all businesses around the globe should emulate the service and environment of Mcdonald for its competitive edge in a challenging world !!!

27 Aug 2023 - my order missed and make me wait for 30-40mins, those people order after me already finish their food.I ordered on 6.17pm but i get my food around 6.50pm, i saw my number jump from preparing to serving then disappeared after i done order. I wait for another 5mins then go ask the staff to check my order, however they said still in queue without checking! after ard 20mins i check ask them to check again then only they start prepare my food! The original purpose to order fast food is to save time but you wasting my time to pay on your mistake, I totally cannot accept it! Please kindly improve your system and service, don’t let this happen again!!
