KFC City Square Mall, located at 180 Kitchener Road, #B1-29/30, City Square Mall, 180 Kitchener Rd, #B1 – 29 / 30, Singapore 208539, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
I ordered for a Deluxe Platter. It takes sometime for the food to be prepared. Even when the rider have arrived to pick up the food,the food is still preparing. But... what I received is a cold food except for the porridge which is thick and dry which is bad.The hashbrown is cold and hard, the egg taste awful. My hot tea spill in the plastic bag, obviously the cup lid is not tight.
This KFC at City Square has the worst customer service. I wanted to buy a 5 piece meal and told the sales staff not to include any drumsticks parts but instead any other parts. The staff rudely told me off he would not be able to accommodate to my request. I even told him I wouldn't mind paying extra as long as no drumsticks parts but he still refused to entertain. I left immediately and then went to another KFC outlet and ordered the same thing. The staffs over there atleast did take my request without any hesitation. The management of KFC should educate all the their staffs on how to treat a customer's request professionally.
Hearty, crispy fried chicken done very well. The outlet is quite small but the service is quite fast and efficient. Quite standard in terms of the food quality and taste. Tasty original fried chicken as always.
