This branch need proper management to operate well, this is the worst mcdonalds i visited. Last time i didnt manage to collect my order as the fullfilment of order was so slow. Now i just order chococone but i have waited 15 mins to get my order. Staff were all busy but management staff are both in office and didnt bother to help .

Took a long time for the food. After order then I realized alot of people waiting for their order. Some at counters checking for their orders. It wasn't peak hours. Since it is coming to 4pm already

Service staff are disastrously slow. Expect to wait 30-45 mins for your food during peak hours. Staff are not trained to work efficiently and coherently. Gave me wrong orders on multiple occasions Consistently understaffed in the morning.

Would give 0/5 if I could. POOR outlet and staff.

Waited at the cashier along with 2-3 others yet no one attended to us. Even though the outlet is busy, shouldn’t you guys at least station someone at the cashier??

Next, I heard my number 295 being called out TWICE before i headed to the counter. Guess what? My order wasn’t done yet. Why call out the number if it isn’t done?

After that I told the staff at the counter that my order is 295 and she lashed out at me in a rude tone saying “Ur order is not done yet, shes handling ur order can you just wait??”. I don’t believe a PAYING customer should be treated like this.

WORST PART? my drink wasn’t given along with my order. train your staff properly and learn to handle customer service. If not, change your job. pls contact me via my email for a refund.

If you don't have 20-30 mins waiting time, then don't go to this outlet. This outlet defies the "Fast Food" concept completely.

The food is bad not because McD gives different or cheap ingredients to parkway parade outlet, it simply because it takes a loooonnng time to put all the order in the plate, that tastes soggy, cold and bad.

Way too over crowded with poorly trained staff and almost untrained managers.

McDonalds we don't pay you to be frustrated like this. Please get your act together to fix this perrinial problem with this outlet.

Very nice environment with spacious seating. Lotsa students around the area. However could beef up a bit on the ordering. Mobile order not available today when visited. Otherwise a good outlet to visit. Service is good. #fastfood #mcdonalds
