I like Wingstop but omg the waiting times at City Square outlet are so bad that I'm giving it 1 star. I ordered online at 5.19pm via the QR code and put it as ASAP but there was no indication in the online system. Here's a suggestion why not indicate the estimated time for food preparation in the system. I stood at the outlet for 1hr 30minutes🧍🏻♀️when i could have shopped during that waiting time 😭👎🏻. If the outlet is really understaffed, here's another suggestion to either pause delivery orders or pause dine in services..I was frustrated to see dine in orders still being made when there are still people at the tables still waiting for their orders, plus the queue of delivery riders/customers waiting at the collection point. It was truly chaotic. Also my order was 115+ but the customers with order number of 116+ and above got their orders earlier than me 😭👎🏻.
I was informed it would take up to an hour for my order to arrive but it thankfully arrived within 30 minutes. I had the lemon pepper & mango habanero (sweet mild spicy) boneless wings, the flavours were good! Their fries were also great! It tasted good with the ranch 🤤 The food was piping hot! Seating is limited tho.
Very disappointed that we had to travel all the way there to realise that we had to wait 90mins to receive our food. And they had so many delivery orders. Already there are so few Wingstop outlets in Sg and this outlet doing this to block away dine-in customers is absurd! Previously, we dined in here and waited 1/2 hr which is still ok, but now 90mins! If you are focusing on your deliveries, just do that, dont bother about the people coming for dine-in. It doesnt make sense for me to come there around 7pm and eat at dinner at 830pm. You can close the outlet and open a cloud kitchen. Ridiculous!
