I really wanted a milkshake and it was really good. The fries were also delicious but unfortunately there was a live worm in the side salad , it was SO disgusting and gross, the waiter brought a new one but we had to wait for a long time and we lost our appetite because of the disgusting bug in the food, this is unhygienic and horrible. None of the other reviews have this but it really was disgusting and we did not go again sadly
Quite a long queue when we visited, but still seated within a short wait. Great service from efficient and welcoming staff. Great burgers and good range of craft beers
Been here a couple times a few years back but today's food wasn't great; standards have dropped. Their burgers just didn't taste as good anymore (the all american burger was so salty) and the 'Crispy Brussel Sprouts' were so hard. I don't think I'll be back - it's not worth the money. Thanks Black Tap 🙂
Typical American-style burgers with generous portions and sufficient fries. However, non-pork eaters need to be cautious; many beef burgers here contain bacon. While the bacon aroma enhances beef for less discerning palates, it can be greasy and pungent.🍔Lamb BurgerNo pork, featuring lamb patty, cheese sauce, and parsley sauce. The lamb isn't gamey, but the pickles fail to cut through the richness, lacking a wow factor. Many other diners Opt for medium-rare cooking for the beef patty burger, recommended for its nuanced seasoning. But they never indicated which beef burger. The $22 milkshake is a sweet indulgence, not ideal for those averse to sugary treats, especially after a hefty burger. It’s kinda IQ tax for diners who don’t like sweets.Service is subpar; I tried to wipe a water/oil stain off my seat, stopped by a server, who did it herself but with a displeased expression. Excuse me, I didn't ask you to wipe it! Why show me such face! The dining atmosphere is noisy, with a long queue. Not suitable for noise-sensitive individuals. Overall, an average American burger joint with forgettable features.
Came here for our groomsmen and bridesmaid after wedding dinner and was treated to a whole lot of food! 🍔 🍺🍔 The burger portion was humongous, great for sharing actually if you can’t eat a lot.🥤 the milkshake being their highlight, certainly stood out - very huge portion too, though expected given the price point of over $20 per cup⏰ the food was served relatively fast, and while we needed a table for 10, we got in within 30-45 minutes and got our food in 15 minutes from the point of ordering.Decent place to chill and have some burgers and milk shakes if you are up for those!
The food is amazing!! No wonder the queue is so long. It's a bit pricey but the food is worth the money. We took one beef burger and one fish burger. Beef is juicy and the fish is very tasty. Fries is also very good, bet they used Belgian way to do it, frying it twice. We took the warm veggie salad, taste good but too oily.Service is also good, they come and check on you from time to time to see if you need anything. Will definitely come back!
If you love a good, thick burger… THIS is the place for you! Absolutely delicious American style comfort food and very generous portions, so highly recommended that you come here on an empty stomach if possible. While it’s on the pricey side, it’s absolutely worth it given the taste, quality and portion of the food. Lots of creative burger combos to choose from, and fries are also just as tasty with an array of house sauces to choose as your dip. You also have the option to swap fries for onion rings if you’d like, and of course you can’t leave without trying one of their signature “crazyshakes”, which is just a whole other level and the perfect dessert to top off your meal. Really laid back atmosphere despite the location in such a high-end mall, and really friendly staff as well. If you’re in a desperate need to indulge in a really good burger, add this place to your list.
