Ordered a java chip frap on the app and saw them make my order just now. The barista picked up the chocolate chips that he DROPPED on the counter and put in into the blender (my drink) with his BARE hands. Gross.

Terrible customer serviceThe way that the cashier speaks is so aggressive and peremptory. Whether she has a bad day or not, I hope that she doesn't take it out on customer 😅

Another Starbucks; this time in a university. Crowded with teens and always busy, but always understaffed. Waiting time is usually longer than other Starbucks. Nothing out of the ordinary otherwise. Regular menu

Service is extremely slow. Got my order wrong and then I told them and they just said 'oh'. So I had to drink the wrong drink they gave me. Terrible
