KFC Anchor Point, located at 370 Alexandra Rd, #01-15/16, Singapore 159953, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
Was the only customer in the store this afternoon. Bought 5 pc chicken and requested for 2 drumsticks and 3 thighs. Staff (young trainee) said she will try. Upon collection I asked if she managed to get the parts I requested and she said yes. To my disappointment when I got home, there were 2 breast meats, 1 thigh and 2 drum sticks. I understand if there are shortages of thighs, I would have gladly changed to wings or more drumsticks if the staff had been honest. It is either a dishonest act on her part to dismiss my request, or incompetence to differentiate the parts (although one piece has v obvious ribs anatomy). Either way, advise everyone to check their food order instead of believing the staff.Feedback sent to KFC, received a call a few days later. Turns out staff was indeed a trainee that started 1 week ago and wasn’t able to differentiate the parts well.
Had the worst experience here! Ordered 2 rice bowls through online app around 8:30pm. Waited 20mins but no sign of food so went to the counter only to find out they are out of rice bowl. Asked for refund but was told they can’t refund. So I changed to two pieces chicken meal as I like mashed potatoes but was given smaller than average pieces of chicken and two coleslaw. Also I wan’t told they are out of mashed potatoes beforehand. This happened not during rush hour with only me and two other customers in the store. Overall very pathetic customer service and food. Recommend to stay as far away from them.
Kinda disappointed with my order. order take away and upon reaching home found out its wrong order. My mistake i didnt open the box to check and also didnt take the receipts. The mash potato taste like going to spoil, the chicken is very hard to chew. Burger is wrong order. The staff attend to me was a trainee (Monica). Friendly staff but need more training. Wont be returning back to this outlet.
The food all is blend in this outlet. The mash potato is going spoilt. The kentaco was so dry i couldnt finish it .The zinger burger had no mayonaise.The bun was over burnt. Only the milo was good😅 .Overall this outlet really was terrible.wont be coming here again.PS.I am working as a chef and i know what i am talking about when it comes fo food.
