Waited for 20min for a takeout set meal. The corn cup was spilled and the paper bag was all wet and broken due to the spill. Hope the management team can work on efficiency more

I came earlier than others and they served the customers who had just arrived. I asked them to check my order. I waited until 35 minutes and they just informed me that their porridge is not cooked yet and asked me to wait 10 minutes. after waiting 20 minutes I came back to ask if the porridge was ready or not but they said it was still 40 minutes. I asked for a refund because I was in a hurry .I waited for the refund take 20 minutes until the porridge was ready but they still haven't processed the refund. and I decided to take the porridge. but I was very disappointed that the porridge was still raw. I already waited 1 hour 30 minutes for raw porridge!! Never come here again!!

Arnd 5.20pm on dec 6, went to macdonalds at citysquare mall at farrer park , as i waited for my order, noticed a crew at the kitchen floor not properly masked 🙁

Waited so long for 1 hot fudge sundae, yes 1 only. When ask den they do. The restaurant floor was so dirty also. and my hot fudge sundae also looks like haizzz!!!

Less vegetarian options to dine in.
Though you must try S$1 vanilla ice cream cone. It tastes so amazing and delicious that will make you fall in love.
Also, the place is cozy so you may take it out and enjoy sitting outside of City Square mall.
