the service there is very poor. one of the old aunty need to be fired soon. she was very rude to me without apologizing. please do not entertain her

One of my choice of outlet as the team is warm and welcoming. Very friendly and speedy in handling orders. The outlet is always clean. Do expect office lunch crowds. Foods quality is up to expectations. Coz quality of some outlets are below par. Keep up the good work!

KFC Bukit Merah has gone chaotic!! Customers with orders crowding at front of counter, display shows queue numbers "now serving" and "preparing order", instead of customers "now serving" get their orders, those with "preparing order" queue numbers get served, and many are not even aware, do lots of shouting from FOH crew, while crowd waiting for their "now serving" numbers congest...and worse.... suddenly queue numbers disappear!! And crew tells customers "no Pepsi" ask to choose another drink, but when order comes, it's Pepsi
All the hype about prices being maintained, well, ya...just that the chicken pieces got smaller!

Not much has changed. KFC is KFC. Chooses to remain as it is operationally. As example - the pick up system...one can hardly see pick up number on the display, one jumps to collect when kitchen crew yells out the number!

Ordered breakfast platter at 9.30 Sunday 3rd. store not that busy, but taking more than 1/2 hour, really slow service, wonder whats the manager doing.

Don't think too much. Just eat and be happy!
I always get original recipe. Must go with chili. Love their Cole slaw and egg tarts.
