Super hungry and saw that there is no queue here.Food: fries have improved from the shoestrings to thick cut. Glad that the two ends of the fries don’t meet these days. Mashed potato still maintained its standard. The fried chicken burger is the best that I had chosen for this meal. The spicy fried chicken is too dry and no longer crispy. The chilli sauce is their business recovery.Service: got my order after 5mins from the machine. The staff mopping the floor don’t even care you are standing at the order machine, I have to quickly stepped back to avoid a free cleaning on my feet.Atmosphere: no change but no crowd as the other chicken chain a few shops away is full.Maybe a sandwich from 7-11 will be more satisfying.

Ordered a box meal (22 Nov 2019) and the chicken i received was smaller than the reg whipped potato i got. It's literally the smallest chicken I've ever received at kfc. I wouldn't mind receiving something like this if i ordered 3 pcs and 1 pc was small but if it's just 1pc you're just shortchanging me KFC >:(

Not-so-fast fast food, took 20-25 minutes for a takeaway order. Once the order was ready, I took it and went home. Once home, the milo I ordered became green tea instead and there were also no sauces provided. There were no spoons provided for my coselaw and mash potatoes. What is this monstrosity.Seriously KFC, your standards are getting worse and worse. No wonder the big M is winning with such a big gap in service, food and atmosphere. Please buck up and do better, please. 🙏

Ordered 3 piece meal end up only got 2 pieces in the box, the staff at the counter looks very lost. Luckily the manager is nice and compensate 2 more pieces, thanks.

Should be slow food instead of fast food. 20 mins for the food to be ready. Upon collecting the food, no more hot & spicy chicken, need to wait 20 mins or change to original recipe chicken. No more mineral water, changed to ice lemon tea. Chicken was patheticly small but luckily still hot with crispy skin and tender meat. Cleanliness of the place need to be improved.

Ordered a 2pcs meal from the auto ordering machine. Seating to wait for my order. Observed the Q number behind me has already called for picked up. I approached the counter was asked to be waited. While I standing there noticed the series of order tickets has been pulling out and the sequence has been mixed up. I waited for 15 min and approached the counter again, I was expecting at least an apologies for the delayed due to the messed up of the order sequence yet the Manager Katrina replied abruptly said follow the timing. I said exactly I am waited for nearly 15 Mins and the number behind has already collected. I was annoyed with her attitude and cancelled the order. She has not offer to make up for my order yet immediately asked me write down my name last 4 digit card i used to pay and told me office will refunded me in 7 to 14 days. I asked her isn't it the machine should reverse my entry to give me a proof she replied office will habdle the refund..KFC NEX has been my frequent dining place since they started in NEX but the service has been getting worsen. Sad to say this dining place has been not my choice anymore.

Ordered my meal on the kiosk and stood around to wait, all is normal.It was kinda busy so I understood waiting a while.15 minutes later they start working on my order, surely they have enough chicken to finish my order right.Nope, after 10 minutes of my number being on the preparing screen they call my number. The staff then notify me that they are out of chicken and have to cook a new batch.Ok sure, I don't mind waiting a bit more if I also get freshly fried chicken, so I decided to wait the 15 minutes.15 minutes later the staff inform me that the fryer is broken and will need to wait another 15-30 minutes.Now it's been almost an hour of waiting so screw it lets get a refund.Then I am informed that they can only do card refunds and I will need to wait 7-14 days for the payment to go though.Mmm yes, this is why I come to KFC. To give KFC short term interest free loans with nothing to compensate for wasting my time.Nothing else needs to be said becides do better. This issue of you guys not cooking enough chicken for service is one noted by alot of reviewers and is obviously a systemic issue.

Theres is more mayo than cheese and there is very little cheese and mayo in my cheese fries. Not recommended to buy cheese fries here. Chicken also tasted abit uncooked. Can just drink the mash potato. Please improve the quality of the food if not this will be my last time eating at this outlet.

I waited for half an hour after ordering using kfc app for self pick up and they told me initially had to wait for nuggets. After waited for 10mins I approached the staff again this time round tell me no chicken. The best part is I see the app that my food was collected which I did not do so. Please do not accept online if there is no more chicken.

Received wrong orders on 2 different occasions, branch staff should check the order going out with the delivery personnels before letting them take the items. They did send over the correct order afterwards.

It's like what majority of the reviewers said - be prepared to wait, and I mean wait. I'd decided to try my luck seeing how there are less people waiting but I waited 30 minutes with 5 people before me in the queue. This is probably the best they could do. Once I waited 1.5 hours with maybe 10 people ahead of me. During this time there were so many people accumulating it was ridiculous. Either their system of fulfilling orders is inefficient, or, seeing how the staff moves one can understand why the wait time is unbelievable. They simply just slouch around. I think even in the sleepiest state most of us would move faster than that. I hope the management sees this and do something. Remember KFC no longer has the monopoly now.

I ordered cheesy cajun wedges and 2pcs meal but when I got home and opened the paper bag , I realized the cheesy wedges wasn't inside. I called the store and no one answered. It was really disappointing. As you can imagine, the management there is really bad.

Clearly understaff.1. A construction guy was wanting to order directly from the counter. The staff directed them to the ordering kiosk. Moments later, they got back and asked if they order at the counter and they refused them.2. Mine was a dine in order and they packed for takeaway. Nevermind that, took it out and eat it directly from the wrapper. Hello, shouldnt it be stored inside a box tray if its a takeaway??. The cheezy meltz wasnt cut also. I was eating the meltz like a wrap at the restaurant and it was a really unpleasant.

Takeaway order Q no 8733. Order 8pcs Chicken Bucket requested No Ribs any others chicken part I am fine. when I got home I got a shock open up both boxes 7 Ribs and 1 drumstick. it look like all those unwanted chicken parts are given to takeaway orders. And 2 chees fries received are not even warm at all. The Chicken taste very dry and hard just give me a feeling that have been place outside for a long time. strongly not recommend this KFC outlet.

Honestly I never like this KFC branch but today just hit rock bottom. Restaurant not crowded at 7.20pm (not even 1 row full) and the cashier counter is open.As I want to order special order of chicken bucket with no wings for my family, I went to cashier counter. The cashier auntie say order at booth. 5 steps away...Then I say mine is special order.Crew say go and order booth with your receipt then come back to tell us your special order.So I need to do double work just because you refuse to key in my special order but rather want me to walk here and there.If this is fast food, then this is horrible fast food. For extra work a walk in customer need to do so that you can be "fast".Irony! Boycott!

Walked into KFC since the rest of the stores around had long queues - figured out why KFC had no queue. Apparently they are having an offer now - chickens smaller than their already undersized coleslaw for a low price of only $9.50

(-) Brought the original burger for the pepper sauce but received it with plain mayo. Approached the staff, thinking that it might be some mixed-up, the staff just brushed me off with a "No more." It's normal to run out of stock, but I think a better approach is to let the diner know if you're switching out ingredients in their food.(-) The bread was cold, hard, and dry.(-) Two elderly staff was resting against the opposite end of our table, grumbling about the management and working hours.(+) Relatively clean.

Absolute joke of an outlet... More than 30 mins and no order in sight... Only ordered TWO ala carte items BBQ Pockett & Popcorn Chicken... Everyone waiting around us was also visibly frustrated at the extremely inefficient order fulfillment process. Management pls take a good look at this outlet and whether your staff require training, til then, forget it if you're craving KFC at peak hour, or you'll likely have better luck walking to the Serangoon Central outlet lol
