Our Wonderful experience at KFC Jewel

I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.

Staff were very unwelcoming, unfriendly bordering rude, and most of the items weren't on the menu, or they were just too lazy to prepare it. Rather than have a negative experience here. Better to just dine in the other restaurants beside.

Worst KFC ever. It hazardous, fries and drinks have chemical smell. Staff is visibly tired and overworked.

Remove this KFC from the Airport.

There's a great vibe in every restaurant at Jewel.

We had a good dining experience at KFC Jewel. We tried the chicken boxes and burgers with coke and fries, which were good, fresh, delicious, and a bit spicy compared to Australian KFC.

This is a great place to acquire lots of food at a reasonable price as you wait for your next flight.

just read comment. they are correct.. service staff at counter no don't have basic service knowledge. food quality is bad compared to other outlets and atmosphere bad. overall not worth for the money . we can pay another 5 dollar per person and can go better restaurant.

We had good dining experience in KFC jewel. It is located at B2 level. We tried original recipe chicken burger & smash chicken burger meal. They do have self order kiosk. The best part is unlimited drink refill. You can try coke original, sprite or fanta purple etc which is something not available in india.

We had a good experience here, so much so that we came back when re-transiting through Changi! Food was great and the service was solid.

The worst KFC I've ever been to.... The chickens were not fresh at all. I have realized since eating the skin and batter, they were soggy in oil. When I ate the meat nearby the skin, it was soft and not fresh. As it got deeper near to the bone, it is completely inedible, I can taste the funkiness and immediately spit it out. Better be safe than getting food poisoning.

Update: i told the staff that the chicken has gone bad and and he just said thank you for the feedback while continued serving other guests.
