KFC Nanyang CC, located at 60 Jurong West Street 91, #01-02 Nanyang Community Club, Singapore 649040, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
Number was shown on screen which was due for pickup but food still not ready and nobody infmed abt how much longer is needed until aft ard 7 mins at e counter when e cashier says to wait ard max 10 mins for for e missing item.
The employees were very disrepectful , when I was ordering I had ordered a crispy breast and they informed me that there was no more left and then after a few minutes I looked and saw that there was crispy breast and I asked about it and the employee told me in a disrespectful tone that they just made it and i wondered they could have told me that before hand and asked if I could wait a few more minutes and they decided to just not care and just tell me there's none left and it was suppose to be a chicken breast and instead they gave me a drum which is a big difference considering the price that I had given I received the worst customer service that I have been to a KFC restaurant and that is probably the reason that they do not have much customers because of the lack of customers and the food is also low quality not worth a trip
Went Down to had my meal there, ordered 3 pcs meal,the chicken is not cook well and the flour is totally thin and not crispy at all! The worst KFC ive been! Its acceptable if 1 pcs is uncook...but all three pcs is not properly cook!!! I would never go back there!
Order on the 6 Aug 23. And also have feedback to them but KFC don’t even bother to reply back. Issue was food portion Is pathetic. If you are going to provide a tiny wing for 2 piece meal at least provide another piece with a bigger portion not just anyhow give a tiny wing with ribs with lots of bone only. Even a half spring chicken is heavier than your 2 piece meal. This is the 2nd time I have encountered. If KFC wish to tarnish your own reputation I would suggest just close down.
