Very bad service. I came an hour before it closed. I came at 10, and on Google it tells me at 11 it closes. Poor service from the branch official. Please check with the branch official and the way she speaks is bad. Please, please, change the entire staff + very bad cleanliness. Please check with the staff. I hope it closes soon.

The chicken tasted like deep fried cysts but it's KFC and I can't complain it's just a personal opinion. Location is very convenient though.

Thanks to staff Mr.Vijay. He was very helpful and considerate in helping us decide our choices and explaining the menu (we were tourists) The service was quick. This KFC experience gave us a positive start to our day.

If you have manpower issues, considering hiring more.

It's not good practise for noone to be at the counter, get told to use the machines when everyone couldn't make payment with it, and be given an angry face and no acknowledgement of the issue. This specific staff also just walked away from a situation, not caring that the customers are unhappy while giving off an angry face.

Is this how your company handle issues? There needs to be some quality control between branches, seriously.

Services staff named Sally is very rude and extremely no manners at all.
Asked her about the food as we waited very long, she said " if your number is not up go back and wait" and talk badly about other customer infront of us!

The 2pc chicken is not nice. There is no more spices like in the past. I had tired another kfc branch and it is same (no spices). Their food standard had dropped since 2023. 2022 food was better than now.
