There is an ongoing promotion where you can buy one single regular and get a free kids scoop. Considering the banners in place, I thought they would automatically give you the kids scoop, but apparently you need to specifically mention that you want it. Otherwise they won't give it to you (didn't mention it when ordering, and when it was time to pay, I had to clarify with them before they re-scoop everything...). What is the point of the promotion then... Service was also very slow and the older server looked like she was very unhappy with the job... But at least the other 2 were trying their best...
The ice cream is good but service has really deteriorated. The shop was only served by one trainee when I arrived. I was only here for a quick trip to get a birthday cake. The poor trainee was left on her own and couldn’t make decision when I pointed out the price on the cake was written wrongly ($58 on the sign in the fridge, not $63 as listed in their system. The cake is the one at the corner that now says “I’m sold” because I wanted to purchase it). She also couldn’t process any transaction with NEX vouchers because she was not trained yet to do that. The other staff left to NTUC to buy milk. How come they leave a trainee who is not ready to service the counter by herself?Then I was asked to wait for someone to come back. This was supposed to be just a quick trip and it’s just mind-boggling how this place is servicing the customers. Just because this place is always crowded at busy times, doesn’t mean it should be complacent. Sigh.
My favourite ice cream in Singapore 🍨🤍Been visiting for years!!!My go to is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough single scoop in a cone. The amount is just right for me, and the ratio of the milky vanilla : chocolate chips : cookie dough is just right for me!!! 🍨🍫❤️Great service, lots of seats, affordable price and most importantly delicioussss ice cream. Always makes my day❤️
Very unpleasant visit at this outlet. Was awaiting for a big group of customer to finish ordering & also payment.Was already standing at there at 9:18pm. When my turn to order after dinner mint milkshake. The guy staff can just rejected my order by saying that the displaying portion already off light.But the actual closing time is 9:30pm. Might as well don't do the biz at there. Don't have the issue at previous outlet at Novena. And other outlet at Tiong Bahru.Not going back to Nex outlet anymore 🥺
I bought a double scoop. Customers can choose whatever they want for the only first scoop, but not for the second scoop. The staff will randomly choose unpopular ice creams or unsold ice creams at the shop. I ended up eating ice cream with a flavor I didn't like even though I paid full price.
When in doubt, sad, happy or angry, ice cream is the answer to all your problems❤️for me at least😂service staff is always the sweetest here everytime I come👍I always get the strawberry cheesecake and baseball nut😍
Bought a pint from the recent 31% promotion and this is what we received. The pint was loosely packed with only a few scoops of ice cream. Have bought several pints, quarts from this outlet, on promotion and usual price. The tub was always completely and generously filled with ice cream.While most of the staff are nice and helpful, this purchase was a disappointment. We never had a problem with this outlet. Not sure if this is the standard from now on. I have wrote a feedback to Baskin Robbins but there was no reply.
