Ordered traditional gimbap (so good!!), dakgalbi (good but wish there was more tteokbokki), ginseng chicken soup (so so). Pretty affordable and decent korean food. Waited pretty long for the food after being seated, so suggest to come only if not rushing. Place is pretty cramped, not so kid friendly.

Ordered the army stew and soft tofu soup. Army stew was easily the worst i’ve eaten. It is so bland and tasteless that all i was tasting was the raw carrots, beansprouts and instant noodle taste. No flavour at all. Next, they were so stingy with the portion of sausages and luncheon meat given. The quality of said meat was poor too.The soft tofu soup was not any better. Barely any protein for such a small pot of soup. Some of the clams were missing meat as well. The kimchi was disappointing too. This is my first time tasting kimchi that was flavourless. All I was eating was cabbage blanched in watery sauce.Makes me wonder if the staff here actually pay attention to the feedbacks and reviews.

Didn’t want to squeeze with the crowd in Orchard on weekend so we decided to drop by Marina Square for lunch first.Glad to have made the decision & happy to have stepped into this Korea food outlet!Like many other restaurants, you need to scan QR code to place order. Response time was fast and we got all our orders within 10 mins.Love their kimchi as it is crunchy but not sweet! Portion of the main course is generous & we can’t even finish it… felt guilty to have left over food 😰Soup & kimchi are free flow :-)Give it a try if you are there one day 🙂

the food looks a lot better than it tastes. i think the best thing we had was the free-flow seaweed soup. the beef kimbaps were decent, with a nice strong sesame oil flavour. the octopus hot grill had about 6 tiny pieces of chopped octopus and the rest were lettuce, the sauce was its only redeeming part. the chicken cutlet tteokbokki had the tiniest cutlet sitting on it, and the sauce was so bland and watery. the beef bulgogi soup was almost tasteless, we would rather drink the free-flow soup. very disappointing korean food here. would not recommend at all and would not return.

The atmosphere does have a Korean feel to it, like those in the shows where they go for a quick n hot stew meal. But, in actual fact it’s just an enhanced version of foodcourt served Korean food. Food variety is plenty but menu pictures are too small. Free soup provided and no service charge. Kimchi given is good grade. Food to me rather bland but my wife says it taste authentic and she approves of it which is hard to come by. For me, so wouldn’t come again cause the dishes we ordered became too tired for me. They have a cleaning staff who hasn’t bathed for days I guess so removing him or put him to the back would solve the uneasy smell when he passes by and it would garner another 1/4 star from me. I hope real Korean food doesn’t taste like this. It’s a mid upper end mall restaurant but the experience isn't.Plus points, the traditional beef gimbap is good n the kimchi is genuine which is hard to pass but you must request for it.Full menu board posted in one of the pics fr ref.Post response:Owner’s response was negative n repulsive at the very least. No intention to change or improve. Would have taken away another star but I hv the bigger heart. To owner: Try to listen to yourself.
