The food and all was good , but i ordered my normal cheeseburger meal , medium fires with medium ice lemon tea , i also ordered wings also 🤫🧏♂️ but also i order my meal with table service , but this employee , i dont know her name or anything , all i know is she is quite big size , and she looks philipino . When she gave me my food because of the table service , she said “so young , go exercise by taking your own food .” Like i paid for the food right ? Why she has to be mean to me , im offended because of my weight 😭 i hope she gets fired 👍👍👍
My recent visit left much to be desired due to some service issues. The manager seemed to have some attitude issues and overlooked asking about sauce preferences for my takeaway order, which was a bit surprising coming from a manager. Also, there seemed to be a lapse in maintaining the usual McDonald's service standards. It might be beneficial for the manager to undergo some additional training to enhance customer service skills. I hope these concerns are addressed for a more positive experience in the future.
Waited 30 mins for my takeaway order. When order was received, burger & fries were cold & they forgot my seaweed shaker fries. Staff are extremely rude & unapologetic despite making mistakes with the orders and instead give random excuses to justify terrible service. Highly not recommended to patronise this place. Better services at nearby outlets such as Tampines Mart Macdonalds or shell petrol station macdonalds (they have walk in counters in the station).
Ordered this items they gave me only this!! fillet o fish ( bun, cheddar, tartar sauce, inside )1 of the burgers too was missing!!! paid for $22.80 for this !!!!
Atmosphere was a lot nicer after the renovation back then a few years back. The food was served efficiently and staff were friendly. Good place to chill nearby if you happen to be around the area.
