The food is super yummy, and the place is comfy with lots of seats. It’s not just a fast food spot. It’s like a cozy spot to chill and enjoy good food. My go to McD in the area. Service is usually excellent. Most of the staff are friendly. The place is a tad tiny, especially the indoor seating. The outdoor seating can be quite warm.
My South Korean tenants said this outlet is the best they have tried so far. I ever complained (before renovation) of their fries; it was horrible, but it was replaced with a fresh, crisp one. Keep up with serving good food & service, a little goes a long way.
This is the recent visit of Jurong Spring CC McDonald's. I ordered a Samurai Chicken Burger set to take away for lunch, but I had a problem with the order.When I opened the package, I saw something strange as you can see in the picture - There is one of the fries was burnt and black. They put this bad fries right on top of everything. It was so easy to notice by the person who preparing or checking the order, but they still gave this to the customer. Even though this is just a fries, most customers might not bother to complain about it. I don't think this isn't a good way to serve your customers, ignoring and still serve it for your customer even tough you can obviously see the food quality.
Newly renovated McDonald’s located in the CC - haven’t been here since it opened and jumped at the chance to eat one of my favourite fast food chain since I’m in the area. 🍟The check-in process was simple, usher was really friendly, greeting us while we enter and as we leave - also checking out/familiarising with the menu while waiting for patrons to come in 👍🏻The place is really clean and refreshing after the renovation, with a larger focus on outdoor seating as compared to air conditioned ones. That said, it still is well ventilated even on a warm afternoon 👍🏻 ☀️
Cozy outlet within Upgraded community center reopened after recent extensive renovation. Space limited with both aircon and non aircon dining area. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Usual good Mac food standard.
