Leader Haziq Abdul was very polite and very helpful. He delivered the food to us even though we didn't opt for table service. A good example of excellent customer service. Hope that such a good working attitude would be recognized.
Wati at Hougang outlet is very friendly and helpful. Greeted warmly and reminded me where to get sauce etc and even brought me stirrer when she noticed I wasn't given one. Making dine-in experience heartwarming 🙂
Came in the afternoon for the 1for1 nasi lemak burger deal.Atmosphere is good. Burger was made with care instead of the usual McDonalds Burger making method of just dumping everything into the wrapping and crushing it up like literal "junk food".
The brownie mcflurry was absolutely horrid. It was foamy, tasteless, and the chocolate pieces were too big/thick/hard. I'm usually a huge fan of McDonalds ice cream, but this mcflurry flavour is extremely unpleasant, please remove it from the menu.
