Called the branch phone number but no pick up and they don't allow cancelations since order is already being prepared by the restaurant?! What is this? Is the fault of the restaurant yet we are not allowed to cancel?
Really need operation manager to settle this issue.

Still Curious how can the taste/standard of fries vary so much from other outlet.. literally it’s cold and soggy.. Everytime.. taste like the same batch of fried had been re-heated over and over. Poor customer service experience is a significant letdown as well, met a night duty manager who is rude & unprofessional, not a 1 time incident. If not for the convenience & time, would rather to travel out to other drive-thru. Surely taste better even its a take-away.
I always liked vanilla ice cream with a cone. Must try it if you like ice cream. Though it is difficult to find vegetarian options.
