McDonald’s Geylang East Central, located at 113 Aljunied Ave 2, #01-01, Singapore 380113, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I went there and liked it. The food is super yummy, and the place is comfy with lots of seats. It’s not just a fast food spot. It’s like a cozy spot to chill and enjoy good food. People who love food often choose it because it’s a great place to eat and relax.
Went to dine in for a couple of times, on all visits the orders was wrong. I had special orders for my fries to be unsalted but end up it taste even more salty, if this request isn't available there shouldn't even be a choice for "No SALT"! Secondly I didn't want any sauce for my burger but end up getting it, and the veggies seems like it has been bitten off a couple of times before serving. Very disappointed as I stayed nearby and I dine in because its convenient but if it maintains this kind of standard I think it's hard to want to revisit.Hopefully this branch will make some improvements given the feedbacks on google.
Placed advanced order for 8.30am on a public holiday, 1.5hrs later still not here yet!Called the branch phone number but no pick up and they don't allow cancelations since order is already being prepared by the restaurant?! What is this? Is the fault of the restaurant yet we are not allowed to cancel?
My friend got food poisoning here, ended up puking four times. He said his burger looked a strange shade of brown. I've never had any problem. Usually McDonald's quality control is pretty good. This outlet is 24 hours and has outdoor seating in addition to indoor seating. Double quarter pounder is good.
Food very cold and soggy, standards of quality is way too slow, fast food resturant, not slow food resturant. Food quality damn jialat on night shift service. Hardly like doing any review, feedback.Still Curious how can the taste/standard of fries vary so much from other outlet.. literally it’s cold and soggy.. Everytime.. taste like the same batch of fried had been re-heated over and over. Poor customer service experience is a significant letdown as well, met a night duty manager who is rude & unprofessional, not a 1 time incident. If not for the convenience & time, would rather to travel out to other drive-thru. Surely taste better even its a take-away.
Quite a spacious outlet of McDonald's compared to other outlets.I always liked vanilla ice cream with a cone. Must try it if you like ice cream. Though it is difficult to find vegetarian options.
