McDonald’s Choa Chu Kang CC, located at 35 Teck Whye Ave, #01-01 Chua Chu Kang Community Club, Singapore 688892, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I went there and liked it. The food is super yummy, and the place is comfy with lots of seats. It’s not just a fast food spot. It’s like a cozy spot to chill and enjoy good food. People who love food often choose it because it’s a great place to eat and relax.
Crisscut fries were dryer and harder than usual. My Bacon Quarter Pounder originally lacked bacon; I had to return my burger to the kitchen. Thankfully, the staff were apologetic and resolved the issue fairly quickly.The atmosphere was generally pleasant, and there was ample seating when I visited (5.30pm).
If you are rushing for time. Pls dont come here. I had a long waits for my meal.. had to go out the counter collect myself instead of waiting for them to do table serving. My ice had also melted in the drinks. Fries 🍟 had become hard n cold due to long waiting time. And wrost served with a dirty tray. Manger also dont care. Ppl waited 15 min for just an ice cream....
Have been ordering from this outlet for awhile.I think the overall food standards are there.However, sometimes the service staff miss out on giving us important condiments like the hotcake syrup, which is an essential ingredients to be mixed with the hotcakes. And I think that is rather unfortunate.Besides that, when we usually order takeaways, the food is usually left at the counter. No one verified if we took the right orders or not and anyone could simply take an order from the counter even if they did not ordered simply because no one checks if the person taking did indeed made that order.Overall I think the service could be better in the above aspect.
Small but dainty outlet.Aircon is quite strong.Opens 24 hours.(even for Sunday night/Monday morning)Breakfast starts at 4 am.Food quality is pretty consistent with other McDonald's outlet.The manager is so kind. After hearing that I'm feeling cold, he asked me if I needed a jacket.Of course, they only have parkas in the office (probably for going into the cold storage).I thought I looked so funny, so I decided to take some pics. Unforgettable experience!
I thought I would share my current experience on this brunch again, given before I have 2 bad experience. ( Messy packaging)But nevertheless, its the closest Mc Donald brunch from home and I try to give every places I visited another second benefit of doubt.On my revisit for their breakfast, we ordered Big BB and their food came in quick, fresh, hot and to satisfactory. The eggs was beautifully cooked, the harsh brown is crispy and fresh. The table service was good too. So we decided to head down the same brunch on the second time, to make another order, their staff was friendly and helpful in assisting and our food that came in nicely packed with no issues. I am quite happy from the effort this brunch into making improvements from criticism. Keep it up, will visit again.
