My Favourite Dish is Kwee Heng, which cooks duck without bones and is delicious and soft. You can eat it with rice, porridge, or noodles. They also have other yummy dishes like Hainanese chicken and char siew. The duck noodles I’ve known since I was little are still delicious on that stall.
