KFC Toa Payoh, located at 190 Lor 6 Toa Payoh, #01-578, Mall 310190, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
Not sure if this is the practice in all KFC outlets. The store closed at 11pm according to their website, but to my surprise, the crew started flipping the chairs on those empty tables at 9:25 pm except my table so nobody would sit. I understand the pre-closing procedure, but I think you guys can do better in closing a section by putting up a signage. By the way, the crew also seems to be unapproachable, which is understandable as they might be tired from a whole day shift.
Its been a long time since i ate KFC.Today i decided to try out the 6 hot sauce & 2 soy garlic chicken.Not disappointed at all.Its so so good.Usually chicken standard drop but today its so good.The service is quick as well.
Worst outlet ever…I don’t know what is their problemEvery single time we order from this outlet sure will key wrong order and missing item.I order through delivery Apps and you guys can miss out the order and still got the face to ask me go down and collect, if I can go down why the hell I would order delivery? Ask yourself does it make sense to you?Even for take away order through KFC apps, when there is less customer you guys also can key wrong.
I love kfc, but first time I ever got 2 of this part when I ask for no breast meat, maybe the staff keeping it for themselves to enjoy, visited 8 Jan 2024, 2.45pm
I went there multiple times to make sure I am not writing a biased review. Out of 10 times, only once they got my order correct. The cashier staff is super busy mending cashier and preparing the food. The manager sweeping the kitchen floor when it is busy period and not dictating the peak hour arrangement within her team. There are also 3 grab riders & 1 food panda rider waiting for their food for 30 mins when i arrived. Kitchen staff was mostly joking and laughing around.Food was absurdly slow and there was only 2 staff in the front to mend the cashier.Even after everyone pick up their trays, there are still food leftover on the floors and spilled water, none is being cleaned.I am guessing this is a management problem.
Came by kudos to a voucher from shopee that offers 2 zinger meal at $11, and decided to come get it since we haven’t had KFC in years 👍🏻Definitely a great deal although the meal was hardly filling, had to add another portion of medium fries (on offer too, at $1.10) to fill me up 🍟Plenty of space in this outlet, definitely will be back if I’m looking for my yearly dose of KFC!
Staff is quite reluctant to serve customers for dinner at 10.25 pm. when the place is closed at 11.00 pm. At least 4 tables are occupied with customers at the time of attendance. The customer was told to sit whilst waiting at the counter to be served after making payments. End up, the customer has to get back to the counter to take the food.
