KFC Tampines Mart, located at 190 Stadium Blvd, Singapore 397800, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
Food arrived within the time frame. 8 pieces of with 2 mesh potatoes and I think 6 nuggets. Nuggets were just thrown all over the chicken, shouldn’t you pack separately??. Out of 8 pieces of chicken, 6 were wings and food was soggy. Easily breakable and cold. A big NO to have a next meal from this store. NOT RECOMMENDED
Sweet potato fries was cold like literally ice was still on it they changed and gave a hot one. Then the crispy chicken had a hair in it. Extremely disgusting omg. Full kitchen all indian workers from india no hair net and gloves etc. Never coming back.

I wanna complaint staff who name Mary service is so slow and rude. Others free staff just sitting behind, she is the only one at front desk, just a simple meal also need to waiting for so long. And the service feel like she almost dying lol. I’m coming here to purchases not begging for food. Never come again to this shop anymore.
The manager by the name of YeeQing is so rude, i place an order via grab, but we have not received a reply by grab,so i decided to call the outlet to express that i received my order wrongly,i ordered an original recipe chk which was supposed to be for my child but was delivered hot n crispy. She did not apologise that its the staff mistake or even acknowledge the situation. I believe it's not grab fault so i approach directly to the outlet to see if we can solve the issue but what i received from the manager just pissed me off even more when she straight away ask me to contact grab without trying to settle the issues. KFC, IS THIS HOW YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE???
Been here many times with family. Seems like the service is getting poor and poor. Hope the mgmt can do something or manpower reshuffle and change the organisation. In the kitchen seems like they talk so much amount them!!! Counter ony 1 person.The queue atleast 30min.Waiting for food almost 30min.Total time spend 1hr...
Please do something about the Malaysian staffs here at the back and also the manager who's just busy sitting inside the office minding his own business. There was a poor Malay lady in her 50's here working at the front counter. 1 person doing cashier, packing food delivery orders, dine in, takeaway orders and prepping drinks too. This should be a two person job at the front counter. Manager on duty was called Vivek.It's not fair for the lady to work at the front counter doing a 2 person job. This isn't only fair for her but for dine in, takeaway and also delivery riders who'll be waiting for the orders. Just for a simple zinger meal I had to wait for a good 15 minutes.
