Not impressed. Came here to try the new breakfast. Even though I ordered with egg they forgot to put egg on the burger.
When I went back they just took my burger and added a few pieces of egg that they could stuff in quickly. Staff not so keen to serve customers, they act like it's a hassle if I go back asking for my egg.

Bad service. Sold me a Coke Zero but dispenser don’t have Coke Zero. No napkins with meals provided.

The teenage Indian boy staff show a lot of attitude and are very rude to customers. I tried to inform him a request to him before preparing my food to save him the trouble, he ignored me 2 times first and then he answered "ya ya I am doing it" but in the end the order is still wrong due to ignorance. 🙄 Typical Indian answering his mother lol. And when I told him this thigh is too small he argued "all chickens are like that" and shove 2 more chickens to me challenging me, that obviously nobody can finish 5 piece chicken in 1 go. I didn't give 1 star in service because he did change my tiny piece to a normal one. Overall I think I might go to jolly bee to eat from today onwards. I only choose KFC because of the coleslaw. 😩

Worst place ever. The butter that came with my breakfast must have had melted and put back in the fridge. The latte had so little milk in it and there was an oil sheen on it. I used to work in KFC abt 35yrs ago. The standard had fallen far short. Though it saddens me but I think I'll quit KFC together with my family until management does something about it.

Probably the worst fast food experience anyone can have. Non existent service is a norm here; the senior service auntie and the young lady have zero pride in their service. Quiet day with almost no customers but can forget to pack take away orders.
Missed one of my order and returned to get it. Then realized after getting home; they even missed putting in the medium fries. Basically omitted two orders on a single customer in a day when it is not busy. All cabornated drinks were flat….they don’t bother replacing it.

KFC tasted the same as usual.
Food served hot.

Ah. How far KFC has fallen. Chicken are not quite warm, they are pretty small and dry.

They are not even comparable to the other chicken chains. Even the hawker center western food can do a better job.

Even the super market frozen fried chicken is better with the air fryer.

They encouraged us to use the website to order but it hung and was super buggy.

Staff here is decent I think. Minimal contact. 1 extra star for them.

Avoid KFC. So many years but you decided to cut cost and lose.
