Worst customers service ever.Customers standing on counter for 8 mins without being attended. 2 staff packing orders the 1 staff wasn't doing anything much.No courtesy to tell the customer to hold on or something.Just ignore and do their own stuff.

Quiet during lunchtime, perhaps it's due to d "secluded" location. Received my order in minutes but fries r cold. Disappointed. Service by this old auntie who clears n wipes d table is 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Love her gentleness n smile. She made my day!

Waited 1hour for the crew to serve me food. Crew did not seem to care or rush even after prompting that we were late. Could have graduated a Bachelor, raised a family of 4, and even had grandchildren in the span of waiting.

I requested for a thigh chicken as i see over the counter, having lots of thigh, the cashier told me there's only original left, i said sure. And this is what i get when i came home. I curse her whole family generation handicap and helpless
