This branch always mess up your order. Want to do work fast but never double check. Never bother to check order is right or wrong or got missing items. When asked to check and got orders wrong, only know how to show attitude. Dont come here or order here.
A few days ago, daughter call for KFC delivery to 121211 on 5/1/24 5:30pm, forgot to mention some special request for 83 yr old grandma’s birthday KFC treat . (Grandma loves KFC and requested specially for KFC.). Ms Ananty who answered my call on 5/1/24, 10am plus and the KFC team understood. Thank you so much Jalan Mas Puteh Branch (Mgmt & Staff)!!!! Grandma was so happy and thankful. 🙏🏼❤️
Not sure why some bad reviews but this is one of their branch to eat better quality KFC food. Small cozy place with roadside parking making it convenient to go, eat and sometimes hangout.
This branch repeatedly messes up your order if you order online. Out of a $30 order, they can forgot more than $10 of items. Order using the delivery apps at your own risk. If you order in person, make sure they actually pack everything.
