Really bad experience ordering food. The staff keeps on giving out food without even looking at the orders or following the order numbers. I waited for nearly 45 min and people who came after me got their order bit the staff failed to give mine even after that they noticed that I have been standing infront for a long time. The quality is also bad. The food was not even perfectly cooked. After I got my food. Never will I be going to this location again.

Be warned of the time limitations of the breakfast set meals (including porridge) as they stop serving at 10.45am and not 11am. Customer service can be improved here. However, meals are as tasty as ever.

Worst kfc I’ve been to. The egg tart was terribly overcooked. The chicken popcorn was clearly not “freshly prepared”, very chewy with too much flavor😫

Food here is fresher at around 11.20 am! Coming in earlier to really grab that fresher food is a good idea for this branchGets really crowded from 11.30am onwards with takeaways, seating gets full closer to 12.

Service has improved a lot from a year or two ago. When requesting specific chicken parts, staff no longer shoot a Cannot Pick or force a wing on you. Chicken is also freshly fried the 2-3 times I went in different hours.
