Hougang Mall KFC, located at 90 Hougang Ave 10, # 01 – 19 Hougang Mall, Singapore 538766, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
Ordered 1 set 3 piece meal 22 March 2024 , 6:20 pm . Gave me wings and drumsticks only? BIG L drinks were not even properly filled. This guy named bryan n the other guy needs to be fired. They were so slow till 2 counters were literally lined with ppl. Poor service and disgusting highly not recommended.Have taken pictures before I ate or drank anything but unsure how to post. Otherwise will happily post it along with my negative feedbackSuper thumbs down
I order them breakfast meal for delivery but it is incomplete. I order 4 twisters but I only got 2. This is not the first time but second time that my order is incomplete. Do they know how to read or count how many food I ordered? Or they just don't care or absent minded. Worst service. One time is enough but happen twice is so frustrating. I will not order again here.
Having been to many Kfc in different locations, I can tell you that Kfc in this branch is the healthiest. Just look at how small the portions of chicken were. Surely lower calories compared to a normal 2 pc meal. There was also one single long q that will help you to burn off excess calories during your long wait to place the order. Highly recommended for calorie watchers who wants to have healthier kfc experience
The service staff are very polite and counter is fast when there are long queues. No self service kiosk but their prompt service make up for it. The food, too much fried batters than the chicken. I asked for breast but mostly crispy batters. Original still ok, the crispy ones too dry and abit hard.
The elderly Chinese auntie gave me this 2 pieces of small chicken parts. Pathetic. This is very ridiculous. Might as well go to Jollibee and buy the set meal there. Horrible. Might be coming back but will double check the size of the chicken next time to avoid disappointment.
service is really slow, app is not user friendly with long waiting times. total wait time from mobile payment to getting our food was probably 45 minslow number of staff, some of them worked rather slow and didnt have great attitudes“loaded” fries bowl was not loaded
Food is always yummy at KFC. I have tried multiple country KFC and found here good one.About the service there is no online ordering machine, so always a long queue.Seating is also not that good so two star for the service and two star for the atmosphere.
