I’m so impressed at the speed this crew was operating. His multi tasking was spot on. Once, while waiting for my coffee, he was doing 3 things at a time. What a superb worker. His name starts with an ‘F’ the rest, I cannot quite see correctly. Starbucks, this worker was operating on his own this morning, Bennett’s once, did he allow a queue to build up. This guys needs to be commended..

Came to redeem 1 for 1 black pink. The crowd is normal, no need to queue but the service crews didn’t seem happy working there 😅 especially Rxxx
Seating can be improved. Too narrow.
Edit: bought 2 drinks n left son alone in store then went to Kinokuniya to pick up books. Return to find son being kicked out by staff with a cup of almost untouched drink!!!

Located at basement 1 of Ngee Ann City. It was located just above the food court.

Quite a new outlet, numerous space available, quite amazing to squeeze so many seats inside.
Wide range of merchandise too.
Staff was friendly patient to answer my queries on the current promotion.

Nice place to chill out.

Nice place to chill, relax and hangout with friends. The drink was Matcha Latte with Soymilk. Not bad and the staff even gave us more Soymilk to compensate for the ice that we did not want. Good service and fast order using mobile ordering. Bought this for the afternoon. Overall the store is quite clean. Chairs and benches are comfortable too.
