Starbucks Paya Lebar, located at 10 Paya Lebar Rd, #01-14 Paya Lebar Quarter, Singapore 409057, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious Coffee. I went there and liked it. The Coffee is super tasty, and the place is comfy with lots of seats. It’s not just a Coffee spot. It’s like a cozy spot to chill and enjoy good cakes. People who love tea and Coffee often choose it because it’s a great place to drink and relax.
Updated 20 Jan 2024 - downgraded review because the manager is totally lost and her management style is to tell at others while lowering her mask, so likely contaminating our food that she took too long to serve... Plus the quality of the cold brew was bad compared to other outlets that I frequent daily... Here I got 2 tumblers full today, one was acceptable but the other tasted like water. Luckily there was a friendly staff who assisted me to replace the bad one.June 2023 - Spacious, good service and good location
Ordered a tall mango & passionfruit for around S$8, photo attached shows 3/4 of the drink was ice! No wonder they posting great profits, they ripping off their patrons! Shame on you Starbucks Paya Lebar!
The cashier and the worker here so rude and never say sorry if the late to serve at the counter.. we have waited for at least 10 minutes and the cashier walk pas by us many times without say sorry or ask us to wait if she wanna do something else.. there’s 10 costumers waiting and looking at her doing other works.. and then.. they never pay attention to the order such as if we ask less ice or no whip cream. When we ask to do it again they will show their annoying face and roll the eyes. It’s happen many times and all of the are the same. It is not bias but usually the two girls I can’t remember their names, who always give an attitude.

And three types of beans that are available with Christmas special too.Long waiting time for the filter though.The environment is good and with auto tray return robot available.
Gorgeous reserve environment with ample seating but what feels like 2 butts per seat available. Wonderfully busy but overly loud and sometimes the tables don’t get cleared for quite some time. Overall a very convenient Starbucks in PLQ but wish there were more spots for charging your device and also better service around clearing tables.
