Starbucks Jurong Lake Gardens, located at 106 Yuan Ching Road, Jurong Lake Gardens, #01-01 Lakeside House, 619616, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious Coffee. I went there and liked it. The Coffee is super tasty, and the place is comfy with lots of seats. It’s not just a Coffee spot. It’s like a cozy spot to chill and enjoy good cakes. People who love tea and Coffee often choose it because it’s a great place to drink and relax.
This is a really hyped Starbucks outlet due to its aesthetic interior. The indoor air-conditioned seats are really limited so do tamper your expectations accordingly. It must be added that the outdoor seating looks really pretty but it is simply unfeasible to sit there. During the afternoons, the stools will be hot to the touch. The glasshouse concept of this cafe means that it traps a lot of heat. As such, the wooden flooring is also incredibly hot. After a bout of light drizzle, water will be collected on the wooden decks. The seats will be drenched too as there are no parasols there.
The staff here are not friendly. One of staff crossed her arms and watched us ordering, it was not respectful gesture. And we are telling cannot write our name on the Starbucks cups..... This is the first time I have encountered this ridiculous issue among so many stores. Please upgrade the staff's attitude. And they also made the wrong orders, i want hot mont bland not iced mont bland. Btw the vibe here was good.
Like the entrance of the cafe. Has a Japan feel to it. Spacious sunny indoor. The usual student patrons are here too. The iced matcha latte was refreshing. It is close walking distance from the mrt and it wasn’t far to walk from the Carpark in the lake garden. About 10 mins.
Came because it is pet friendly. Took my dog here. Nice outdoor space overlooking the lake. We came when it was cloudy and rained subsequently. Can imagine it will get very hot on a sunny day. Well, that's Singapore. Anyway, we will be back again!
