Fries was SUPER OILY AND BAD. Felt like I was eating oil instead… Portion was lesser than normal , the last I bought the portion was much more than this…. Disappointing ..
One of the staff in specs with facial hair like to delay in taking customer’s order and pretending to be busy. Extremely poor customer service and bad attitude!
saw they had a new menu for tteokbokki, i order that and one mega fries. she then said is 5.80 i was then left thinking i order a tteokbokki and fries why is it only 5.80 and the fries are soggy even after just being fried. so what happen was after receiving it was tteokbokki flavoured fries and i even ask her tteokbokki? she said ya here la very rudely
Food is good BUT i cannot say the same for service. When i went there, despite there being two workers standing in front of the cash register, i was not acknowledged and when i asked to order they rolled their eyes at me. This type of service and attitude has happened on multiple occasions. These two workers can also be heard swearing and not wearing their masks although it is a requirement. They do not prepare the food immediately and even uses their phones to play games and causes waiting time to be up to 10 minutes. These workers are the ones doing the afternoon shifts on wednesdays. Male with round glasses and female with bangs and always wears her hair in a bun.
Firstly, the staff told me they only accept cash. Second, the fries is soggy. I ate it on the spot, collect right after they call for my number. The fries already cold, not even warm. Like ?!?! I totally don’t understand. I thought y’all supposed to cook the fries after we order? Then why still need to wait so long if the fries is pre-cook alr?
Thanks to the staff at Somerset who handled my delivery order for Tera fries that wasn’t prepared according to my request, and with very less portion. I suggest you quit your job if you don’t have any heart in handling food.To the transwoman staff at Jcube, if you have to be mean and direct to your customers and turned to the other side when i approached you, i suggest you quit your job too.
Ok I didn’t get the fries but I tried the chicken mega pop. Its fried perfectly. Crispy and a really yummy snack if you’re in Somerset area.I ordered it with the Creamy truffle & sour cream seasoning. SOO GOOD. Get the bigger size so you can mix 2 flavours heheheWill come back to try seaweed flavour ;DYUMMMM
