Ayam Geprek: This is their special dish, which is basically chicken that’s been smashed and fried. Papa Ayam’s version of ayam geprek uses boneless chicken with a thicker and crunchier coating. Instead of serving it with a spicy dip on the side, they crush the chicken and mix it with freshly made spicy sauce.
Papa Ayam Box: This is a combo meal that includes white rice, instant noodles (Indomie), fried chicken skin, onion crackers, and the main dish, ayam geprek.
Sambal: Papa Ayam is famous for its spicy sauce, which they make fresh for each order and can be adjusted to your preferred level of spiciness.

the chicken was well seasoned and delicious, while the indomie had the right texture (not the over or undercooked kind). the sambal had a spicy kick to it, salted egg yolk was okay, but we felt that both sauces could be more flavourful. the lady who took our order was very nice!!
If need to eat sambal matah , which is usually in Bali, try the chicken sambal matah here. Could he spicier, much better. Sambal hijau (green chilli) and the normal chilli also niceComplete with teh botol for the meal, just perfect for lunch
The food was amazing, the chill is ground using mortar and pestle and it was spicy enough to impress.Matah was mild unfortunately but fragrant and heavily spice, the original level 6 was enough to keep me impressed.Generous portion, good amount of chilli on the chicken and chicken was still crispy even after being doused in chilli.
interesting Indonesia street food which has been growing. i have tried this a number of times food is good for the price but can be slow at times . The picture above shows how sambal corktail is mixed with a base added as one and hotter variants added to make the intensity from one to ten
Would have preferred to opt for the salted egg and fried chicken to be separated - you can ask for this, albeit at a 10cent additional charge. The salted egg sauce is well-balanced but felt it slightly destroyed the freshness of the fried chicken. Chili is very original. Can select the spiciness level. Goes well with Indomee too! Worth coming to try for sure but not the best salted egg chicken blend. Price is pretty reasonable given the portion. Very fast service too.
