Food and the atmosphere are good. When it comes to service my experience is that one or the other item in the order is missed by service staff. I am not sure if others have had similar experience. It feel like there is some Special connection with McD that every time I visit McD no matter which Branch they are for sure missing an item in the order.
Another regular morning going to work, decided to have McDonald's breakfast to take away.Ordered my food via the self-service kiosk and waited for my food.What I would like to commend here is server name Pi. I placed 2 orders and was carrying other things on hand as well.We all know how McDonald's is going the save the earth by only giving out your food in paper bags (with no handles)It's really a hassle when you are carrying other things and you don't want your food paper bag mixed up "in" your other bag.Now back to the story, I was struggling to grab hold of the bag which another aunty pass to me (as I mentioned I had 2 orders).Nice lady Pi noticed my struggle and without me asking for a plastic bag, took the paper bags of me and bagged it in a plastic one with handles.This really made my day, it's really all these small things in life / service which makes someone's day.McDonald's management pls award this lady Pi.And please look into your paper bags... maybe re design the small bags with a handle or something.
Bad service from the Chinese uncle who handle the McCafe station. Super rude ordered the chocolate milkshake and DIDN’T FILL IT UP TILL THE BRIM. Unprofessional and rude. When I asked why he didn’t fill up to the brim, he said to me, “AIYAH SAME LAH.” What do you mean by that ???? Happened on 10 October 2023 at 5.14pm. One of the best Breakfast I had.It was first time for me having Breakfast from MCD, although was a bit pricey,and Ice milo was legit just chocolate water!!Costed 13.70 for this portion but yeaa it was best!! Made me last whole say and Universal
