The food is super yummy, and the place is comfy with lots of seats. It’s not just a fast food spot. It’s like a cozy spot to chill and enjoy good food. Have better MacDonalds around. Bad service, rude staff anyhow give order. Received the wrong order, called but the phone number on receipt didn’t work. Called management but nothing happened? Not the first time this incident happen. I understand if they are busy and accidentally provided wrong order but in the multiple times they gave the wrong order, only once were they busy. The other times there was no one else waiting/queuing/buying (for) the food.
Very quick drive through experience here. No queue at lunch time here and also quick to get the order. Payment counter was closed and paid at collection counter as well as collect the order.Didn't really like the fries here. A bit dry but beside that Mcd as usual, I am lovin' it.
The manager seriously has to look into their service. I arrived at 10.25am, placed my order through the mcdonalds app as i saw there were already 4-5 ppl waiting there and there werent any staff taking orders. The amount of people waiting for orders increased till more than 10. I waited till 11.07am and finally got my order. While waiting, the staff has been preparing food and packing orders non stop but only 2-3 of the orders were served to those waiting for takeaway. Priority was to the mcdelivery orders followed by the online food platforms. Even the mcdelivery drivers were also packing the orders themselves. For the takeaway orders, the numbers that placed order later were all served first before my order. The management should really look into this, I wasn’t the only frustrated person waiting in line there!
Waited in line with 8 people in the queue. Been waiting for 30 minutes yet still can’t take my order.Look how frustrated the guy in front of me.Worst service ever encountered. There is no man serving at the counter.Updates: finally queue in line for 40 minutes just to place order with only 8 customers in front of me. Best part is the waiter still gave you attitude. Shift manager was no where to be seen after customer complain.Took 50 minutes to my crave for “fast food”.
