The food is super yummy, and the place is comfy with lots of seats. It’s not just a fast food spot. It’s like a cozy spot to chill and enjoy good food. People who love food often choose it because it’s a great place to eat and relax.
I placed an order here via grab for supper. I ordered a mcchicken meal and a 6 piece nuggets meals. However, I received a quarter pounder burger with an apple pie. I am a hindu and we strictly do not allow beef into the house. My family and I are deeply affected by this incident. I would not blame the grab delivery staff with regards to this incident as he could not open the bag as it was sealed. Mcdonald's have really hit an all time new low in my opinion. I will not be eating from them after this incident. I understand that the staff at Mcdonald's do not know where the food is going to. However, they should do the least by checking their order.
Haven't had a wrong order given in years even when I have been visiting here quite frequently. The floor manager? (Person in different shirt) can be seen going around to help out. However, its always busy so you might have to wait quite a while for your order. Recently added a new shelf for mobile orders.Recommend to order ahead from the app 5-10 min before reaching.
this sums up the whole branch in one word. SLOW. on the counter, it does not show the preparing section queue numbers, but all stack up at the now serving section queue. which makes it looks like there is no queue at all. but in fact the serving section is the actual queue.
We had our breakfast at this Pioneer Mall Mcdonald. Our meals were being served by this beautiful lady manager, Siew Hun. Not only was she polite and humble, but with her immeasurable, impeccable services deserves our commendations. With her efficiency, she presents us with a surprise of this beautiful decorated coffee, chocolate, and marshmallow. Many thanks for her effort and pain staking work! Well done 👏Keep it up.The rest of the service officers attitudes were marvelously.
