McDonald’s Clementi Ave 3, located at Blk 451 Clementi Ave 3, #01-309, Singapore 120451, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I went there and liked it. The food is super yummy, and the place is comfy with lots of seats. It’s not just a fast food spot. It’s like a cozy spot to chill and enjoy good food. People who love food often choose it because it’s a great place to eat and relax.
Used the Mcdelivery app to make an order at 6.30pm just for the Coca-Cola cup set and the nightmare started….Firstly, they changed the ordering in the app so you need to go to deals to manually select the coca-cola cup and add to the order before you order your meal… it used to auto add once you have the min order.Secondly, after ordering, you receive the order number and details via email and (surprise!) it can’t be searched and found in the app.Thirdly, after an hour of waiting, both the Mcdelivery hotline number and the restaurant number are engaged and unreachable.After 3 hours of intermittently trying, we finally got thorough and the reply was that there was no dispatch (no rider) so that’s why they didn’t send.Then the duty manager actually asked us to cancel it from the app (it’s not searchable or present in the app!!) which we can’t do it at all!Finally, the duty manager says he’ll get it prepared and get his rider to deliver.IF YOU GOT A RIDER FOR YOUR STORE THEN WHY WASN’T HE SEND TO DISPATCH MY ORDER INSTEAD OF ME HAVING TO HUNT AND CHASE FOR MY FOOD FOR 3 HOURS????!!!!!!!!
Ordered Mcdelivery using Mcdonald's app. Had to wait over 3 hours only for rider to tell me that the store lost my order entirely and he had nothing to pick up. Waiting for store manager to get back to me on my refund.
Waited almost 3 hours for our delivery only to get feedback that they can’t see the order on their end. Payment has already been deducted and order can’t be cancelled. Even hawkers have higher standards than this
utterly disappointed that I had to wait 45mins for a FAST food restaurant, not sure if they had missed out on my order or if they had given my order to someone else who had the same order. I understood that it was lunch hour but still absolutely disappointed that they did not immediately attend to my request to check on my order when they had heard that I have been waiting for my order for more than half an hour, and I had to ask them repeatedly to check on my order. Although they agreed to my request to replace my melted ice cream after waiting for that long, it is not sufficient to prove themselves worthy of even 2 stars for what happened today.
Is this the lowest rated McDonald’s in Singapore? Call themselves fast food. Look at the throng of riders queuing up to get the food. Absolutely horrible management.
