I don't know how they know that I got the correct order when they don't seem to see my receipt. You don't get seats there because every simply, it's located in a mall and they all always have customers sitting there. Food is hot and coke is cold. Cheap ice cream deals is always a bonus.
I have been waited for more than an hour to get my mcd set even I place mobile order before I reach Bishan Mcd. The staff will never check and keep saying preparing while the order wasn’t prepare.
i am v dissappinted with your service, i went to bishan outlet at 24th Jan 11.20pm and ordered food using the apps. The app charged my order twice but the orders never went through. When i asked the store manager for night shift, a malay lady, her attitude is damn bad. She literally told us with a v bad tone that nothing she can do since no order was received, as if it s our fault. Worst service i ve ever seen. Paid twice, didnt even get my food and still need to get scold by your night shift store manager? Bravo MCD SG.
The shop was crowded. I ordered grilled chicken wrap and gave me nuggets. I just realized once I reached home.Edited: managed to call the store and manager was understanding and apologized. She arranged to deliver grilled chicken wrap + apple pie extra. Thank you 😊
Worst Mac in SG. Take away order was took 1 hr and male staff who dealed with customer was not helpful, just told 'check yourself' and screaming, never seen such rude service staff.Can't manage this volume of orders then don't take, wasted my time.
