went to buy ala carte grilled chicken salad but all i received was just salad without the chicken. the service is so bad. they gave us soggy fries as well. its a no no definitely.

Ordered the big breakfast set from food panda. What was the packer who packed the takeaway thinking?! No utensils given they expect us to eat with our bare hands? No salt and pepper given, no butter given, no grape jam, no maple syrup given and due to this we had to especially go get butter from the nearest sheng shiong. Posing so much inconvenience just to have a proper breakfast. Who eats pancakes without syrup or butter? Just think about it. Seriously you guys are the worse mac outlet in Singapore. Your staffs are always missing out on orders and even the most basic stuff like utensils and condiments. It is not the first time and it’s always from this outlet. Won’t be eating or ordering from your Mac outlet again. Truly terrible. Please buckle up or close as we don’t deserve such unacceptable service. Would have zero stars.
I felt cheated they give me 3 drumstick inside of 2/2 each, when mid wing is nicer. And they never give me my honey butter shaker powder. Worst of all, I order happy meal, they don’t give me toy. 🥲
