I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
2nd time they short changed me by not giving the complete order on a take away. When I posted on their website review, promptly got a call from a so called manager, who promised to send a free coupon by WhatsApp, which never arrived. Will not go to this place again.
I don't know how many times my wife has asked for no breasts but it always turns up in the box, not sure if it is the staff taking the order or the Packers but in the end its the managers responsibility to ensure that the staff are trained adequately to do their job, not good enough
I ordered takeaway twice and both times they didn’t complete my order before handing it off to me. I rushed home only to find some of my items missing.
Look at the photo, the number of customers waiting for their order. Those standing are takeaway customers. the wait is so long thqt my queue number couldn't even be displayed on the queue tv monitor. Hello busy preparing for grab, panda orders instead of those at the restaurant? Calling itself a fast food restaurant is a joke
Good food, but everything else can be improved. No idea why but houseflies are always attracted to kfc. Every outlet I went has houseflies but not the other fast food restaurants. Also the cleanliness of the chairs, tables and floors can be better. Stepped on chicken when I sat down.
The fried chicken is still good, crispy outside, juicy inside especially the original version - my favorite 😍 atmosphere is alright, lots of seats. Services considered slightly slow, slightly longer waiting time. But in orderly manner.
