Service from the managers were horrible, never have I seen managers so irresponsible and ignorant. However, the cashier elicia was very nice and caring.

Friendly staff and accommodating.
Waffle is soft and chicken porridge is good.

Waited at one line that was attending to walk-in, online and delivery orders. Cashier attended to who spoke loudest with no proper queue system. Issues with online orders where what was ordered did not reflect on print out leading to confusion and wasted time trying to find out what was ordered and given. Staff unsure of composition of sets sending out inaccurate sets and spent a lot of time correcting them. Frontline staff kept running back to top up items individually and not in bulk. Took about 8-10 minutes to process one order. Staff needs alot of training. No manager supervision.

this staff LAI YINGHAN made my day! He goes the extra mile and keeps the patrons happy despite the long queues. KFC needs to relook their internal processes but his cheerful attitude of his made the wait a lot better. KFC please give this guy a raise!

On time scheduled delivery from this outlet. Ordered online early in the morning and scheduled for 12pm and came 12pm.

I like the fried chicken from KFC. They were so crispy and still crispy upon delivery. The size of the drum stick was getting smaller.

The one I don't like was the content of the package, they should allow to customize the size dishes to fries instead of fixed on whipped potatoes.
