KFC Orchard, located at 23 Serangoon Central, B1-32/33 NEX, Singapore 556083, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
The wait time for food was so long, can you believe that the French fries served at dine-in were cold? The attitude of the service staff is super bad! If you are prepared to spend money and be annoyed, please eat here!
I enjoyed KFC in other outlets but not this one in Plaza Singapura. Was there a few days ago with my son. We ordered the bah kwa set meal for 2. The waiting time was long, food served was cold. Staff looked unmotivated. Will not patronise KFC in PS anymore.
Staff very rude, I did place a order here before l, but staff never call my order number, only ring bell, and show the face like very impatient, would never ever come here again
Good marketing strategies , mobile app , promotion . and offer. However , when upon collection of order. No crew at the assembly counter. Luckily, KFC business was not as good as her next door fast food neighbour. Otherwise, I must hunt for my order by checking 1 by 1.
Very bad, the burgers don't seem fresh, the chicken nuggets taste frozen, the fries are fried over and over again, not tasty but many people still eat them, low quality KFC, it's not that it's delicious, it's just that it's famous.
Tried the Zinger Meltz meal today. It was alright I guess. Wished it could have been meatier though - in terms of the ingredients inside, given that the wrap was a bit on the flat side. It was also a little spicy and sour. And it also could have done with a tad more sauce.
Order the cheesy zinger buddy meal and they forgot to give the cheesy zinger. Like pls man you guys already take so damn long to pack and still can’t get the order right? It’s such a inconvenience when we are home and want to give our 3 yr old son and it’s not there? Like what is this? You need to hire better people to run the outlet
Ordered Cheese Fries at KFC Plaza Singapura outlet. Look at the amount of cheese and mayo they give, so pathetic and not to mention that the fries are cold and soggy! And still dare to charge $5.30 for this kind of quality, what a rip-off! Please wake up KFC, if this is the kind of quality you are serving, don’t think you will have business anymore. Do you think this is worth it for $5.30? So ex and yet so pathetic! To think I used to love KFC cheese fries so much, this is extremely disappointing!!! Nothing like the past anymore, how did the quality and service worsen so much???!! I don’t mind paying for this price if you give decent quality worthy of the price, right? Ordered 2 bbq pocket meals, changed 1 side to cheese fries - look at the amount of cheese given.Ordered 2 ala carte chicken thigh, but they gave me a drum and a thigh.With 2 chicken, 1 cheese fries and 1 normal fries, they gave ONLY 1 packet of chilli. Asked for more and they gave 2 more, a total of 3 packets of chilli for 2 meals and 2 ala carte chicken. Horrible.
