KFC Kallang, located at 190 Stadium Blvd, Singapore 397800, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience truly enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
Good tastes and price is not so expensive, have a so many seat and have a lot of parking. This place is clean and have a good service and not waiting so long time. Must try The fried chicken its so crispy and delicious , the eggtart also delicious .
Was there at 910pm, Sunday 25 feb 2024.. Front door was locked deliberately. See countless people trying to push open it. The glass doors were on the verge of breaking many times with many frustrated and puzzled. There were no signs to indicate that at all. The self ordering system was covered with two menus to indicate. People tried to use but was shouted at for trying to flip over the menu. One area was "blocked off" with chairs but here weren't enough seats, aircon was off there. No explanation given. There was a ceiling fan but it wasnt on either. I can see that the place was short on staff but everyone was patiently queuing and waiting over 45mins for their food. I don't see the rationale behind these actions (locking doors and blocking off sections). Even the toilets were locked... The counter staff were consistently shouting at people while some staff members dont look like they were familiar with their roles. All in all, it was a horrible display of service and more importantly, Management
I will not eat here anymore the place is very dirty,they don’t have much of customer why they cannot clean?I cannot say lack of staff because some of the staff just stand there only waiting for customer.the cleaner when he wipe the table he just drop on the floor,Have someone brief them or supervise them.or to maintain their shop to be clean..hope you will improve your restaurant.
Ordered coffee, it was piping hot and filled to the brim. Drink spilled when I tried to drink and it burned my fingers. Not sure if I should be happy that I'm getting my money's worth of coffee or not (full cup but with scalding risk🤨)
I’ve seen pigeons bigger than this. Look at the picture and judge for yourself. 5 pieces cannot even fill up half a box.I bought 5 piece chicken from the drive thru. The box felt very light and I was shocked at how small five pieces could be.I asked for an exchange. The person said everything is small. I asked to speak to manager to complain.The person said he is manager. I asked him why so small, he said it’s like that, and asked me if I wanted to buy another box. Some service recovery.Buyers beware.
Very dirty and not hygienic feel.KFC, food remnants were on the table and/or bench/chair. There was even tissues left on one of the tableThe one cleaner was just sweeping across the table such that the remaining debries were either stayed on the table, the benches/chairs or floor.Please get your staff to do proper cleaning.
