Probably the slowest fast food in SG. Preparation time is long. Eg. Fried chicken ran out and took 30min to cook fresh. Staff don’t update the order number on the screen.

Staff refuses to use the screen to indicate when orders are ready. In that case please remove the screen as it is very misleading that people will look there.

ordered online at Clementi Mall's KFC @ 11am on the 12th May Friday for a cheese fries & additional cheese sauce by the side. IT WAS PERFECT!!! heads up to whoever that prepared my meal earlier. fries were hot, the amount of cheese, mayonnaise & spring onions were outrageously sufficient. the cheese sauce were almost filled to the brim and most importantly it's hot!!! oh my goodness that made my day so well. God bless you KFC Staff whom made my meal earlier on 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 you deserve a hug haha if this is the standard i will only go to Clementi Mall's KFC from now on even though i stays in Jurong THANK YOUUUUUUU

I've been a frequent customer ordering the same items:
It's frustrating that the wrong order is delivered recently and repeatedly
18/9/2022: 091822-111520-106-000172 Satay instead of cripsy
28/8/2022: 082822-175308-106-000846 Satay instead of hot & crispy. Redelivered only to receive 8 instead of 10pcs (feedbacked but no reply received)
2/5/2022: 050222-193417-106-001380 Received 2 boxes of 4 pcs instead of ordered 10 pcs. Order came with 4 pcs of wings i.e. half or 50%
