KFC Causeway Point, located at 1 Woodlands Square, #01 – 40 Causeway Point, Singapore 738099, is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious food. I recently visited, and the place left a positive impression on me. Their signature dishes’ welcoming atmosphere and inviting aroma made my experience enjoyable. Many seats were available, making it easy to find a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the delicious food without any trouble.
Kfc is getting from good to bad to worse. I have at the verge of giving up on it. Chicken is dry, new product sucks. Restaurant is dirty, table sticky, bins uncleared and service staff in some branches are soulless.
the garlic sauce is bomb! ordered dip and share bucket with 5 pieces chicken and add on 2 additional cheese fries which were just nice for my family of 5 to eat!cheese fries are always good!
The staff were very courteous even when they gave me the wrong cup size and quickly switch to the right one. My only issue is the one staff member who was being quite annoying. A male Chinese around 60 yrs or more kept going back and forth from the drink dispenser to the surrounding table. It didn’t bother me at first until my order was ready and he kept coming back being a bother trying to wipe the counter by the drink dispenser while i’m trying to dispense my drinks. I hope the branch manager can do something about him
Kudos to the lady at the counter, single handedly managing all orders and long queue despite having 3 other staffs. I think her name is weicuncun, she’s very fast and thorough, definitely deserves a huge raise! Heard other customers praising her too while we were all waiting
Slow food restaurants, 40min wait, they cooked fast but the service team is slow. Saw burger is read 20min its just keep on staying on the tray.Burger 🍔 cold 🥶 fries 🍟 hotBox got damaged also even I dine in not take away. They closed some table not sure why when it is still 7pm only ?Oh ya zinger burger sure become smaller in size....
