Very bad very bad
All the time missing foods or changed foods.
31/12/2023 today missing 2 medium fries.

The food is served cold , not warm as I have expected for dining in. The chicken , the fries , wedges all had turn cold and tasteless. The dine in area is sticky with sauce stains left by previous dine in customers. I will never come back . However, the staff at the counter serving me are very polite and helpful .

Will I come back? Probably not.

I haven't had KFC is years and thought I would give their new cereal chicken a try but I was disappointed. The taste was lacking because the flavours were only on the outside unlike some tze char where the taste permeates the meat as well. Cheese fries portions have also gotten smaller.

I think the food at KFC has deproved over the years.

The staff were really nice though.

What I also like about this place is they have a sink within the restaurant so I don't have to go to the toilet to wash my hands.

I will say this, if we look aside from the low crowd numbers/unbusy period, the food is still excellent. In fact, i ate here numerous times in 2014, and today i say i won't hesitate to come back since the taste standard has not at all dropped.

Note I ordered a Zinger meal, fresh patty and fries were my experience but i did not get the KFC(chicken), so this review is one-sided.

I give it a five star rating because I don’t have issues with my simple order. Just wondering that if I need to customise my order, can I tell the staff after I ordered or I need to order at the counter. The order machine was simple to use as a first timer. There was minimum interaction with the staff. The order was a bit slow but not too bad. I have always like KFC and the way they did the chicken and potatoes. The potato set I had was great and value for money at $5.

The Original Recipe Burger Meal is a classic choice with that familiar and delicious KFC flavour. If you’re up for some spice, the Zinger Stacker Meal is a perfect choice, delivering a satisfying crunch. The BBQ Cheese Zinger Meal is a delightful option for those who enjoy a cheesy twist. And, of course, the 2pcs Chicken Box provides the perfect combination of crispy and succulent chicken pieces.
