I spent 27 dollars to get this tiny little piece?????? I know the price here in Singapore is horrible here but I ate pizza in other countries too! I don’t stay in NTU but the closest Domino’s to my place is in NTU and hence I travelled down to pick up my order at 10:30pm (the time I selected to pick up my order). I reached on time and I realised that Domino’s was in the canteen and the canteen’s door closes at 10pm. Hence there was no way for me to have entered through the main doors but only from the back door that leads to Domino’s kitchen. I understand there are SOPs since I have worked in the F&B industry before and I know that it would have been rude of me to have just entered the kitchen. I knocked on the door multiple times and even called out for them but I got no response so I decided it was justifiable for me to enter the kitchen. I walked in and realised that they were in the freezer so they probably did not hear me. Once they noticed me, they asked me to wait outside rudely as if I trespassed 🙄 and proceeded to say last pick up 9:30pm when it was stated clearly on my order that it was 10.30pm and there were even choices up to 11pm for pick up. He just walked away after that. SO RUDE! AND PLEASE UPDATE THE WEBSITE OR SMTH AND CAN THE STAFF BE MORE NICE? ITS NOT LIKE I WANTED TO ROB YOU!
Ordered pizza through FoodPanda, but the order never arrived. FoodPanda refused to issue a refund and directed me to resolve the issue directly with Domino’s Pizza by providing a phone number to call. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, no one answered the phone at Domino’s. It was a horrible experience, and I urge others to be wary of ordering from this location.
Placed an online delivery at 6.21PM and 2h+++++ later, the live tracker stated that my pizza is ready in store but it’s not out for delivery. Called the store’s hotline and it is 90% of the time busy. Managed to call through, but nobody picks up. No updates, no hotline to call, nothing but a live pizza tracker on the website. On 24 Feb’24, 8:20+PM ordered Pizza via app, waited for 2hours plus with no update, called multiple times, no answer. To add on the frustration, the order was cancelled around 10:40+pm. It’s a dinner tormented, we only received phone call from a a so call staff from the outlet, that our order was cancelled due to overwhelming demand. He was rushing to put down the phone, stating he have a lot more calls to made and just asked me to wait for a the refund within 7 biz days.What took them nearly 3yrs to realised that they cannot cope with orders pouring in?! They show no empathy for customer who have waited hours for dinner.They take your money first and ask you to wait for food which will never be serve and another wait for money which supposed to be refunded immediately.They should offer COD, if food don’t arrive on time we consumers should have rights not to pay or accept.Totally not acceptable!
Order on Christmas Eve for pick up and when we got there the service staff said they were overwhelmed with orders and that we have to wait for 1hr. Totally not happy so we insisted that they prepare my order asap. Was advise to cancel the order if cant wait 🙁 There were at least 10 Customers in line that cant collect their orders too! I can understand festive period they have more orders then usual.We received a disc voucher via email this time 4 reg pizza for $20 so decided to give it a go again. Sunday evening arrived at restaurant and yet unable to collect at requested timeframe. I suspect its more like they are very disorganise with time management (cant even find where is my order). Totally no excuse its just a normal Sunday night. Service staff blame their head office with taking in too many orders when they are unable to deal with the volume. Head office take note as in are they really that busy or you are just not communicating well with your outlet?Promo deal is great and food is tasty. Keeping on time for collection timeframe need to improve by 100%
