My favorite dish is BBQ Stingray at 31 Heng Heng BBQ. A big piece of stingray was grilled in spicy sambal chili until it smelled delicious and smoky. It tasted perfect, and the spiciness gave the seafood a little kick. The stingray meat reminded me of chicken because it was a bit stringy.
